Q. Why are some PDF downloads not available for printing?
A. The short answer is that the overall cost of doing self printing becomes more expensive to the environment and financially. We have determined that by the amount of toner, paper, and equipment that is used in printing certain resources that we offer is a larger footprint than shipping a physical copy that has been produced in sustainable ways.

Q. Why are some PDF downloads not available for copying?
A. Creating original content can be time-consuming and we seek to honor the work that people have put into their creation. You are free to reference and quote small sections of a specific PDF download that we provide as long as it does not conflict with any other copyright restrictions. If you are seeking to reproduce or copy a PDF please make a written request for permission to do so from Relational Tithe.

Q. What should I do if my package is missing?
A. Please contact sales (can you make “sales” a link to my email address) with your full name and purchase order number or date. They will check into the matter and get back to you within 1-3 business day

Q. What should I do if my package was delivered damaged?
A. Relational Tithe is not responsible for packages lost/damaged in the mail. For further questions you can Contact Us and we can see if there’s something that can be done from our side.

Q. What are the delivery expectations?
A. Once an order is placed, it will be processed with 2-3 business days. Delivery time is estimated at 2-9 business days.

Q. What should I do if I placed and order and then noticed that the address was incorrect?
A. Relational Tithe are only able to ship to the address provided by PayPal or Google Checkout. Please cancel your order and resubmit it with the correct shipping address.

Q. How did my Name, Email, and Transaction ID get on the PDF?
A. We stamp the buyer's name, email and their unique Transaction ID on the top-left of each page of the PDF they receive before they download it. This is referred to as PDF stamping. Our PDF Stamping feature allows a pleasant and hassle-free buyer experience and produces a file that all PDF reader software can handle without any trouble.
