Not sure what happened with my last post, seems to have caused a few problems. I'll give it another go and assume that if it doesn't work this time it's a sign to keep quiet.
All I was looking for was a bit of an update to understand what is happening in the world of RT at the moment and how the website might develop. It is a bit quieter than it was on the old board and being in the UK and also a bit caught up with other things recebtly I have ost touch a little.
Thanks
Steve.

Steve,

Rest assured that there is a whole lot going on "behind the scenes." One thing we've noticed is that quite a few people register, and then read through the discussion room, but never post anything--which is fine. So, we're trying to figure what we can do to possibly spur some discussion, but also how we can make the site the most useful tool possible. There are quite a few people involved in the process, and there should be some "new" stuff soon.

Look for an in-depth possible book discussion, more featured discussions, etc.

Somehow I thought there might be a lot going on that I wasn't seeing! I would really enjoy a greater degree of interaction within the group. I am trying to talk about closer relationships and greater dependence within small groups at church but it is quite a slow process because there is a lot to overcome both within the church and within my own life and family commitments.
As a result the encouragement that comes from a wider group like this is vital. Patience is a virtue and all that but sometimes it's mighty tough. Our house groups have "broken up for summer" now! How can something so essential take a holiday? Our meetings are few enough without shutting down for the summer!

Steve,

I would say that if you're wishing for broader conversation and contact, feel free to begin a thread about the discussion you're wishing to have. I'm not guaranteeing broad conversation, but it may help get the ball rolling.
